The server infrastructure provider partner of VNDC, Digital Ocean, has a problem with the database connection, causing VNDC’s API system to lose connection. We are putting new infrastructure providers to use to solve the problem once and for all.
From 00:00 UTC+7 September 16, 2021, VNDC will maintain the entire VNDC Wallet application. During the upgrade process, users are sometimes unable to log in. If this happens, please wait for 5-10 minutes and then sign in again.
Due to the system’s complexity, the upgrade process might take some time which is expected to be completed and make stable operation after 48 hours.
VNDC would like to ensure that all your assets are safe during the repair process. If you encounter any problems, please create a support request to VNDC to be resolved as soon as possible.
