As announced, from 00h00 September 16, 2021, VNDC will upgrade the entire VNDC Wallet application. During the upgrade process, users are sometimes unable to log in. If this happens, please wait for 5-10 minutes and then sign in again.
Due to many technical problems, the upgrade process may take longer than expected. Therefore, VNDC extends the upgrade time by 72 hours, i.e., until 00h00 September 21, 2021. Assets under maintenance like ITAM Exchange and On-chain Transaction AQUAGOAT-1M will also be extended until the system is stable.
VNDC will notify customers as soon as the upgrade is completed.
We understand that the system maintenance disrupts the customer’s investment plan, affecting the user’s access to the application. We are trying our best to ensure the maintenance process will be completed as quickly as possible, minimizing customer transaction obstacles.
