Listing Zilliqa Token (ZIL) on VNDC Wallet

VNDC now supports Zilliqa Token (ZIL) on VNDC Wallet. As soon as ZIL is available, users can perform the following functions with ZIL:

Off-chain transactions: Send, receive ZIL with other users on the same system.
Exchange: Swap from VNDC to ZIL and vice versa.
