Listing ARPA Chain Token (ARPA) on VNDC Wallet

From September 1st, VNDC officially adds ARPA Chain Token (ARPA) on VNDC Wallet. Soon after ARPA is available, users can perform the following features with ARPA:

Off-chain transactions: Send, receive ARPA with other users on the same system.
Exchange: Swap from VNDC to ARPA and vice versa.
