From December 11, 2020, VNDC officially implements the VIP account policy along with changes in the transaction limit of each level.
For each level, VNDC will grant customers limits for different types of transactions according to levels from VIP 0 – VIP 9.
Specifically, the levels will be classified according to the following criteria:
- Vip 0: For accounts that have not completed KYC
- Vip 1: For accounts that have completed basic KYC
- Vip 2: For accounts with advanced KYC
- Vip 3: Broker
- Vip 4: Partner
- Vip 5: Regional partner
- Vip 6: Country Partner
- Vip 7-8-9: For accounts that reach the required transaction limit.
Note: These are only the initial levels classified by criteria. Customers can upgrade their account to any tier if all necessary conditions are met.
How to rank up an VIP account?
Customers can upgrade their accounts in two ways:
Meet the respective criteria of each level: VIP 0 level users can upgrade their account to VIP 2 after completing the advanced KYC or upgrade to VIP 5 when becoming a Regional Partner.
Reach required trading volume: Users who meet the trading volume requirements will be upgraded to the respective account level. Example: Level VIP 2 users can upgrade to VIP 5 when their transaction reaches 40 billion VNDC within 30 days without becoming a Regional Partner.
Users can check their account level in the “Settings” section of the VNDC Wallet application.
